INFINITY FARM EVENTS AND WORKSHOPS
If you engage in any of the Infinity Farm events or workshops we will collect your name, email address and when food is being served, dietary requirements. This data is held within Mailchimp and on a password protected google drive spreadsheet. 
WHY INFINITY FARM CIC NEED IT AND HOW IT IS USED:
Infinity Farm CIC need to know this basic personal data in order to contact you about or in order to deliver the event or workshop.
You will not be added to any other marketing lists. If you are also an email subscriber, please see the Email subscriber section below to see how your data is used in that context.
HOW LONG INFINITY FARM CIC KEEP IT:
Infinity Farm CIC are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years. After this point your information will be kept until you notify me otherwise.
NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIBERS
Infinity Farm CIC collects your name and email address when you opt in to our email list via the website or when you sign up in person at our events or workshops. This data is held in MailChimp.
WHY INFINITY FARM CIC NEED IT AND HOW WE USE IT:
Infinity Farm CIC use this information to communicate with you our activities, a monthly email is sent to subscribers and you can opt out at any time.
HOW LONG INFINITY FARM CIC KEEP IT:
Your information will be kept until you either opt out via mailchimp or by informing Infinity Farm CIC that you want to opt out.
WEBSITE USERS
Infinity Farm CIC may collect your IP address and information regarding your location and pages accessed. This data is collected and stored in Tumblr.
WHY INFINITY FARM CIC NEED IT AND HOW WE USE IT:
This allows Infinity Farm CIC to analyse web traffic. This analysis is about general trends rather than you as an individual, and your IP address is encoded and not visible.
HOW LONG INFINITY FARM CIC KEEP IT:
Your information will be kept until you notify Infinity Farm CIC otherwise

If at any point you believe the information we have on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and even have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how your data has been handled, you can contact us and an investigation will be launched.
